Do Stuff ♡ Haffie Hours Recreation Rewards

Because it’s all fun and games….or at least it should be!

Do you pleasure ride or drive your Haflinger? Do you thrive on just spending time with your pal? AHA’s Haffie Hours recreation rewards were designed just for you!

  • Enjoy Haflingers riding, driving, or in-hand
  • Record and report your time spent horsin’ around
  • Earn charms for each commitment milestone you achieve!
  • Haffie Hours is FREE to all members!
Developed to honor your commitment to using and enjoying Haflingers, this program recognizes the time you spend riding, driving, and working on the ground with your Haflinger, whether it’s for pleasure, training, or simply bonding with your horse.

Don’t own a Haflinger? Not a problem! The Haffie Hours program is designed to celebrate the hours you commit to Haflingers, so even if you’re grooming or taking lessons on somebody else’s Haflinger, your hours count! There is no time limit for completion either, so take as long as you like.

Earn a commemorative charm and certificate with each hourly milestone!

Awards are presented at 50 hours, 100 hours, 250 hours, 500 hours, and 1,000 hours.
You must be a member at the time hours are earned (note to the early-birds: 2021 hours begin tracking with our official launch on March 1). A separate enrollment is required for each horse and human pair, and enrollment must be received prior to point accumulation. There is no limit to the number of Haflingers a person may enroll, or number of people a Haflinger may enroll. Horses worked as multiples earn points individually (for example, if the two horses in a pair or team were both enrolled, BOTH horses would individually accumulate the hours earned when driven together).

You may submit hours at any time throughout the year. Charms are mailed quarterly and will be sent with the next mailing after any milestone hours reached. The official award year runs from January 1st through December 31st. If you’d like your milestones to be included in the year-end list of recognitions, please submit all hours by January 31 of the following year.
